What we collect
We only collect what you give us and what your browser sends automatically.
Information you provide
When you submit the match form, we collect the business name, your name, email address, website, industry, annual revenue range, state, and the service you're interested in. If you email us, we keep the contents of that message.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form we record the IP address of the request for security and abuse prevention. As you browse, our analytics tools (see below) collect standard technical data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and how you interact with the page.
How we use your information
- To screen the grant vault against your business and prepare your matches.
- To contact you about those matches and the services you asked about.
- To respond to emails and support requests.
- To protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Analytics and cookies

How we store and keep your information
Form submissions are written to a lead file stored in a non-public location on our server that is not reachable from the web. Access is limited to staff who need it to serve you.
We keep lead information for as long as needed to provide the service and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted.
Do we share or sell your information?
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and deliver the service — for example, our email and analytics providers — and only to the extent they need it to do that work. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email leads@grantsforprofit.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
